MediCrawl can handle different cases of search requests simultaneously. Here is the case management interface, where you can define the search query with different keywords or images per case.
In this view, the user can browse a list of found offers and place them in different baskets. Uncritical offers can be discarded, while critical ones can be saved for further investigation.

Within TICI, you can enter a possible name for a new drug and check it for similarities in sound and appearance.
Enter the name in the search term box. Then select the databases against which you want to compare the name.
On the results page, you will see similar names with different similarity scores to the name you submitted. You will also see information about the source database where the result name was found.

ScARA allows users to search a number of international databases for problems with medical devices. The user can search for a manufacturer, a medical device or a combination of both. At the bottom of the screen is a case management system. Users can create and manage reports and store search results in these reports.
An autocomplete function from the Swiss Register of Commerce has been implemented for the manufacturer search field.
This is the results view. It is similar to any search engine results page. The main area shows a list of results cards. The side bar shows all the databases being searched and the user can tick the ones they want to see. Icons on the results card allow the user to preview the source web page or move the search results to the report.
This image shows a preview of the results. Users can browse this window and find helpful information. If they find something of value, they can take a screenshot, which is stored in the report.
The reports section is divided in two parts, the header and the content or body of the reports below. On this image you can see the header and the beginning of the content. In the header users can fill in some overall information about the case, the company and the device.
The contents of the report include general information about the searches performed and the search results. The search results card selected by the user is copied into the report. The user also has the option of including a screenshot of the results preview in the report. The complete report, including header, content and all working links, can be exported as a PDF for documentation and sharing with colleagues.

Scientific staff can select the columns relevant to their risk assessment in TRICIA to get a quick overview of all incidents.
In the detailed view of incidents, the most important information is clearly summarized for quick review and, if necessary, correction of the suggestions (at the bottom of the screen).
Similar incidents from the same manufacturer and any related Field Safety Corrective Actions (FSCAs) are displayed below the currently open incident.
